Howard,
 That's very good advice on metering the loads.

Electricity is "magic" to those not in the know; the main reason is that
you simply can't SEE electricity. However, if you study the principles a
bit and learn how to use a meter, you CAN see what's going on in a
circuit and it's instantly de-mystified.
