Well, big disappointment. Went thru all of Loews and Depot and no Vulcem
sealant. They don't even sell the putty tape. Got some LED night lights in
the standard candelabra base. Three LED's each bulb, and were 4.97 a pair.
Claim 25 cents per year to operate and 50K hours. Were not too bad for
light, but I probably won't repeat buy. Found the big old standard base 12v
bulbs like go under the vent hood. Two choices, 25 and 50 watt. Were $3.97
which is a little pricey, but less than the RV places. There were also 12v
candelabra based incandescent bulbs, 2 @ $2.49. These are the ones that fit
into the lighted grab handles. All this was at Depot. Loews did not have
this stuff. I suspect it was all available due to 12v home accent lighting
of which Depot is big on selection.
Well, now I have been to Loews and Depot. That will do me for the next year
or two as pretty much everything both seemed to have was over priced, low
end, and boring.
