Scott, Sounds to me like they used LARGER blind fasteners or rivets than needed - unless the hole was so BIG that whatever they used was the only thing that would fill the hole. Let us know what you find once you drill out these fasteners - sorry, that's the only way to non-destructively remove them. Tom WBCCI 5303
