For those that wanted to know about the new Tankless Water Heater that I
installed previously I have good news.

My monthly electric bill has gone done over $30.00 per month!

Since I am now heating only the water we need when we need it and not keeping
a 50-gallon tank of water hot all the time I look forward to a long, loving
relationship with this high-tech product. ;)

As per the advertising I've read I will be able to recoup my money spent for
this super product in just over 2 years time.  After 2 years with a life-time
warranty I don't ever expect to have to buy another tank-type water heater
again. ;)  This unit is completely serviceable on the wall which it resides
should it ever become necessary.  I have recouped the floor space previously
taken up by the old-style tank-type water heater which is yet another plus.

Am I happy?  You bet!  I am now saving over $30.00 per month rather than just
giving it away to the electric company.  This works out to over $360.00 in MY
pocket which will buy a few nice things for our Airstream down the road.

about my tankless water heater system.  When the water heater in the Airstream
bites the dust I am seriously considering replacing it with a tankless type
water heater system.  I need to look into the LP types to do this since I
don't have any generators available that will supply THAT kind of electric
power needed to power the system up.
