It appears that it depends on the state that Foremost operates in.

I've had Foremost(North Carolina) for three years with a stated "agreed" value
this year they changed the policy WITHOUT notification
on my trailer to ACV Actual Cash Value

They didn't , however, adjust the premium.

Sooo I'm once again insurance hunting.
