[VACList] 61 Bambiy Trailer side Wireing

Hi folks,
    We just purchased a 61. 
     Three questions: 
1. Can anyone explain the secondary cord connection from the cable that 
connects to the 4 prong male connection on the lower left (curb side) of the 
trailer. This cable is spliced into the cable that connects to the tow 
vehicle. What does each prong support? 

2. What is the wiring pattern for the cable going between the tow vehicle to 
the trailer?

3. This trailer has a secondary Dry Cell 12v battery to support the emergency 
breakaway switch. Is there any reason this connection could not be redirected 
to the 12v RV battery?
