Jim,

Yes mine is similar.  I checked the fuse and cleaned the contacts.  I can
jumper across fom the upper end of the fuse to the dc circuits and get the
lights and fans to come on.  I wonder, is there a relay that operates on 115
VAC  that switches the battery into the circuit?  If so might that be stuck
closed?
