Ralph,
I have no voltage across the Batt+ and Batt- teminals while the unit is
plugged in to 115VAC.  I do have 12 vdc on the (4) 12 volt  circuits while
on 115 vac.   I think the battery is ok.  I use it to raise or lower the
tongue jack  by " Hot wiring"  the jack while I am working under the
trailer. I will re-check the grounds.  All appear to be OK.
