HI all,

Triailer brakes are not on trailers under 3000 lbs. I see 'Wells Cargo'
trailers
daily  with out any. I'm taken by the response as I talked with several
owners before posting. Electric brakes are not expensive. Since they weren't
around when my 57 truck and trailer were new,then they were safe at the time
of manufacture.
