Re: [VAL] centramatic wheel balancers

The balancemasters link that Warren provided says that the critical speed
for their product is 15 mph and that it instantly adjusts. I do not see info
on speed for the Centramatics. The Dyna Beads site says they need 35 mph. I
have never heard someone complaining about an out of balance tire at 35 mph
but I suppose that it could happen.

It seems like most Dyna Bead applications require 1 to 4 ounces per tire.
Our typical Airstream tire application is 2 ounces.

If this type of balancing did not work, their owners would not swear by
them. David and several of his friends use Centramatics and have attested to
their effectiveness. Somehow its gotta work. While I like to understand it
is not always necessary!

I need to get something constructive done...will check back in later.
