[VAL] Horsepower needed to pull 1957 Caravanner

I have been easily pulling my 1957 Caravanner with a late model Ford van.  
I am going to purchase a 1984 Mercedes Benz 300 Turbo Diesel, which develops 
118-123 hoursepower.  I would like opinions or facts relating to whether this 
Mercedes will be able to properly pull my Airstream.
