Hello,
I smell smoke. I can tell stories of CW telling me that it can't be done
(more like they don't want to do anything but change parts) and I now
have a new fridge, AC, pump etc on my 68 Airstream that they said can't
be done. If I can do it anyone can, buy the parts from the best resource
and do it yourself. If you mess up then call one of the reputable
Airstream repair facilities fix your goofs!
