    All,

    I'm confused here.  Are you folks saying that you're glassing the
outside of the wheel wells, the part that the tires throw mud and road tar
onto?  I'm not hearing anyone talk about thoroughly scrubbing the dirt off
prior to glassing.  If the surfaces aren't prepped this way, how could one
expect the work to stick?

    Why wouldn't it suffice to run a bead of caulk around the inside (living
space, i. e., cabinets and lockers) edge of the plastic wheel well covers if
the goal is simply to keep dust and road dirt out of the living space(s)?

    What am I missing here?
