The only thing I can find on the angle of multiple flag poles is a roughly
drawn diagram in the Blue Book appendix showing that the flag pole holder
should be welded so that there is a 20 degree separation between poles. But
it is simply a recommendation, not a requirement. Some of our members use a
completely different design from the one in the Blue Book.
