According to the WBCCI By laws you cannot fly any flag you want at an 
official WBCCI event.  The following paragraph sets the standard.  Their 
was a flap a few years back at Intl. Mtg when MIA flag (or flags)  and 
some other flags where displayed after   attendees were reminded about 
the by-laws rules.

"2.	Only official National, State, Provincial flags and the official 
flags of the Wally Byam Caravan Club International, Inc. and 
International Board of Trustees approved Unit and Intra-Club flags and 
pennants shall be flown or displayed at official events and functions of 
the International Club.  (1/17/97)"

There area mess of  flag display rules in the By-Laws about what to do 
and not do with the flag, etc. in addition to the above but do not change 
the above statement.

The Vintage club flag is a recognized/authorized flag.
