The "flap" over the flags back then must have been the very reason POW-MIA 
flags were put up after the attendees were "reminded about the by-laws 
rules."

Proud to say that I'd also have been *encouraged* to show my MIA-POW flag if 
I'd had one.  And I would have certainly stood my ground if anyone had told 
me I couldn't fly the MIA-POW flag as others would have attested to when 
they heard the ongoing argument several rows over. ;)
