There was a time that I would fall for that scam!
Think about it......would you pay for a full tank of unleaded gas when  you 
only needed a 1/2 a tank?
It's probably illegal to charge by tank size and not by the  gallon!
ALOT of vehicles now run on LP~~NO WAY could you be charged by the tank  
size!!
All fuels are regulated in some way by the weights and measures dept!
Someone will correct me I'm sure if I am mistaken!
