[VAL] Re: VAL Digest V2 #57

Hi Joseph and Vicky

In 2000, we were parked two months on the Oregon coasta month
volunteering at Fort Stevens State Park near Astoria, followed by a
month at Honeyman State Park, near Florence OR. We were then
full-timing in a 1992 Excella 29-footer that had been refinished by the
Ruth family (P&S Trailer Service) in Helena OH earlier.

In 2001, we were on the Oregon coast volunteering againtwo months at
Fort Stevens and a month at Honeyman. This time our full-timing home
was a new 2001 Excella 31-footer, which we still have.

We experienced no problems or bad effects from exposure to ocean air.

Incidentally, who did the refinishing on your trailer? If it was done
in Oregon or near the coast, the refinishers might have some comment on
the effects of the Oregon coast ocean air.

Happy highways
