RE: [VAL] Pearl Main

Pearl Main will be missed by many. She was one of those Airstreamers
who embodied the ideal of the WBCCI - - when you met Pearl, you felt
immediately welcomed into the "Family" - - age made no difference to
Pearl, you were made to feel welcome and her youthful spirit belied her
chronological age. I met Pearl at my first International Rally in 1998
(Boise, Idaho), and she and Kathy Hunt (among many others) helped to
make this "First Timer" at the 1998 International Rally feel like a part
of the family - - WBCCI as a whole as well as the Free Wheelers (at that
time, Pearl was an officer in the Free Wheelers if my memory serves
correct).

I will never forget hearing of her many travel adventures in her 1964
Sovereign of the Road. The coach, I was told, was a special order with
a number of additional jalousie windows that made it quite unique among
the '64 models.

Pearl Main, so long and happy trails.
