Hi Daniel,
After I rebuilt parts of of my bathroom and sink  I contacted a local
plumber and he put me in touch with a person who refinished fiberglass tubs
that have been damaged during installation on local jobsites.  The guy came
to my house, matched the color perfectly, and all were happy.  My
suggestion--- talk to a local plumber or plumbing supply house, I m pretty
sure you can find a repair person.
