Dan, isn't the sink and counter top gel coated fiberglass? They were in
earlier '70s models that I owned. A crack suggests to me some sort of stress
induced problem. Not to add to your woes, but I would look beyond the crack
for other problems -- probably frame related. That's just a guess of course.
I have no idea how to repair the crack. Never had in happen in my three
Airstreams -- a '71, a '73 and the current '68.
