hi sharon
go ahead and change out that fan motor but don't give up quite yet on the
old one. since it does work somewhat, it most likely just needs a good
cleaning of the shaft, inter bushings and carbon brushes, all which can be
done by disassembly of the motor. it would give you a spare. as to your 12v
lights, they should have square plastic covers and a rotary switch in the
middle unless someone has changed them out. anything is possible with PO's.
