Scott, I'd start by replacing the breaker.  My ' 68 Tradewind has multiple
circuits -- two I think (from memory) plus the air conditioner.  Try
disconnecting the circuits one at a time to locate the problem if changing
breakers doesn't fix it.  I'm no expert but that's the way I'd approach it.
Your '60 Overlander will be different no doubt.
