Patti - I think i figured out your muscle issue and
why the compounder can get away from you - You're
using a drill! ugh - you know, you'll be really happy
when you start using the cyclo - I'd switch to that
for compounding too - don't let anyone tell you it
doesn't work for that, because it does - and it's
closer to the surface so it won't jump around on you,
or pull a muscle as a result!
