A simple solution for the 120V problem is a generator.  I just purchased a
Honda EU2000 generator which is very quiet (58db) and lightweight (38 lbs).
Runs everything but the A/C.  A second one can be purchased and run in
parallel which will handle the A/C too.  The only drawback is the price
which rivals that of an RV fridge, but is very handy for those occasional
situations where power isn't available.  Shop around though, prices varry a
lot.  I found a great deal at
