Just a question about sway bars in general. We have a 1977 Overlander (27') that I tow with a '98 Ford F-150. The trailer came with some sort of stabilizer or sway bars but because of the height of the hitch receiver on the truck, I have never used them. The trailer seems to me to tow just fine and I am wondering if that is to be expected with this setup or what. When would I want the sway bars in place?
