Joy. You can mark where the wheel fits on the hub, then remove them. 
Reassemble them and then balance. Reverse the procedure to reinstall. I don't 
know how you would bubble balance the assembly, in that bubble balancers 
won't accept the hub. Spin balancing is ok, but doesn't last more than a few 
thousand miles. 
An article in our web site address the issue of wheel balancing. The method 
we use lasts for 10,000 miles or more, unless someone has been locking up the 
brakes. 
Usually a truck tire center can properly balance the assemblies.
