Rusty. Don't plan on moving the trailer, once you install a 30 gallon water 
heater. There is entirely too much weight too high off the floor, to properly 
secure. Also you will have an open flame on the inside of the trailer. That 
in itself, would assure you that you have a "DEADLY" installation, as well as 
an absolute fire hazard, even if you did not move the trailer.
