The ST22575R15 will be smaller than your original 700x15, but they also 
lower your trailer.

I've found that not all tires are the same diameter, and can be 
compounded by differences in mounting.  As a mater of fact, on our 
Caravel, the current left tire can't be used on the RH side with its' 
reduced clearance from the refer, as it will hit the wheelwell lip and 
the RH won't.
