Greetings Fellow Fanatics,
Reading the VACList comments about pre-travel checklists got
me thinking about the proper procedure for traveling with propane. My questions
are; Should the gas be turned off when the trailer is moved? Why does the manual
for my stove instruct me to close the valve, on the stove, before traveling or
disconnecting the tanks? Can I travel with the flame on in the refer? How
about the hot water heater or for that matter, even though I can't imagine why,
how about the furnace?
Feel free to answer the questions I didn't ask.
Thank you,
Rick Langer
