Gary, I tow a '73 25' Trade Wind with my '99 Durango 5.2 liter.  It is ok on
some highways weightwise and the tires and wheelbase are fine, but it had a
tough time in Nova Scotia this summer, and doesn't do the White Mountains
here in New Hampshire real well.  The 5.9 liter would be much better.
Overall the Durango is a great vehicle.     Larry Snell
