[VAC] Re: 1957 Bubble question.....s

Only the California Bubbles (& other models too ) had the teardrop wheel
wells. On the Bubble, it was the 1956 and very early 1957 Model year.
When the Bubble changed from the Dutchman aft crown to 7 panels, the
teardrop wheel well disappeared soon after, with a few made with only
the teardrop wheel well's and the 7 panel crowns.

If it's empty, then you have a clean palate. You can make it original
using other model castoffs, or make it totally custom. There are many
restored Bubbles at California VAC rallies, as they are very very
popular due to their small size, You can get good ideas from these
events as to which way to proceed.

Check at the my photo archive section for some other examples, and the
price vs condition for a rough idea on pricing. If it's empty, you
should convince them to almost give it away!! :>)
