Roger, I will also be putting new tires on my 1976 31' AS in the next few
days and from what I have gathered from responses from the list, stick with
"ST" which means, Special Trailer tires. They are stronger as well as they
will last longer exposed to the UV rays of the sun. The current size and
load range should be fine. Go to a good tire dealer that handles all types
of tires so that they won't just try and pass something off on you because
they may not carry what you really need. Good Luck, let us know what you end
up with and the price for comparison.
