Ray,
 Are you sure that the propane was leaking from the regulator? If a tank
is overfilled, they'll leak from the pressure relief valve on a hot day.

If it is the regulator, you can buy a replacement from any propane place
for about $30.00 or so; the regulator includes the switcher. Even
Camping World carries them.
