Dean, Think you had a typo. Specs are 50 to 1000 volts ac. It will however see lower than 50, not that you'd ever find that. I discovered that while checking a failed 12 volt battery charger with a bad diode. It picked up 12 volts ac off the leads. -Eddie- Houston, TX
