Tom, The AOL service you use is putting a question mark after every sentence. This is typical but is extremely hard in this instance for me to understand. I cannot tell if you are saying you know you don't have power, or if you are asking. Say yes you have power to the unit, No you don't, or I don't know. -Eddie- Houston, TX
