Jeez Eddie: I'm sorry to hear about the fire in your trailer. I would 
think a really good high pressure water washer would be the first step. 
We used to use one with a Honda motor and high psi pump to clean our 
pesticide application equipment and I can tell you that it went thru 
heavy rubber gloves and skin pretty dang fast. It would at least clean 
some of the worst gunk off, then followed by sand blasting at a auto 
body shop??? As to a really harsh cleaner, I'd think very find grit 
sand and then maybe Rhino liner it. I believe that stuff is available 
in colors now but I don't know if it's paintable. Good luck.
