[VAL] Scaling back our plans

Many thanks to all of you who responded on-list, and off, regarding  
the bathroom upgrade and the padded vinyl. Your comments helped me  
persuade my wife that we would probably be taking on more than we  
could handle to embark on an extensive renovation. We have decided to  
work primarily with what is there now and get our trailer on the road  
that much sooner, the better to enjoy it.
