I wouldn't worry about it. You have one on the water heater and do not need 
another one. You can either get a pressure regulator that attaches to your 
water hose, which is all you need. Or install an in-line pressure regulator 
to replace the old one which will have a pressure relief valve. I like the 
in-line one inside, haven't had any one else borrow it.
