Hi Ellen, congrats on your purchase.  Here's a link you might find
interesting:  http://www.rotdoctor.com/  He's got a two-part stuff which is
nice and runny, easy to pour, 1:1 ratio (easy to mix) and expensive.  It's
good for your application, and good for new work too, as a preventative.
