Nearly all of the threaded hdwe on motorcycles nowadays is stainless.  Ace
Hdwe has a very good selection of stainless cap screws, socket head
countersunks, nuts, washers, etc. etc.

Red Locktite takes about 40 seconds to start hardening.  Wait until you are
down to the last 1 1/2-3 threads and then drip the locktite between the nut
and the anchor face.  That is enough time to get a deform nut tightened,
even for me with a disability.
