To punch and bind my horizontal format '68 owner's manual would remove
the first half of nearly every word at the inside margins of the pages.
There's only about an 1/8" inch from the present binding to text. That's
only room for careful sewing or glue. About half what it takes for a
spiral binding.

This manual is 6" high by 9" wide. Not fit for a three ring binding.
Not printed with room for a spiral binding.
