But that goes to the battery, it's not sending that through 
the wires to the lights is it ?  The converter actually just 
converts, it's the Charge Wizard that spoon feeds the battery.

I have a lot of other sensitive electronics plugged into my 
12V system, I wonder what I am doing to them ?
