[VAL] CB Radios

Our CB recently pooped out.  It was a GE handheld model with antenna
that was mounted to the top of the car with a huge magnet.  We don't
want anything permanent and would like recommendations for something
that is reasonably priced and reliable as well as being portable and not
requiring permanent installation in the vehicle.  Any recommendations?
