Hi Gary,

I think the requirement for "self-contained effluent storage tanks" is 
referring to having the ability to *not* dump gray or black water onto the 
ground.  Since you have the "blue-lagoon" you'd certainly have nothing to 
worry about in regards to meeting the criteria set for rallies.

Who in their right mind would not want you or not welcome you to any WBCCI 
rally?  It's a no-brainer that you own an Airstream and that you DO comply 
with the "rules".

I would think also that even if you didn't have the "blue-lagoon" to hold 
waste water you'd STILL be welcome at any sponsored rally due to the fact 
that you own an Airstream travel trailer.

Why in the world would you think otherwise?
