Scott,
Under the kitchen sink cabinet, there should be an
access in the floor for the fresh water tank drain
etc.
On my 1971 Tradewind, the probes can be accessed
through this holein the floor. There is a sub floor
below the actual floor, that holds the tank in place.
sometimes touching the back of the probes causes
enough movement  to restore function, or knock off
whatever is causing the malfunction.
