I've seen friction sway controls used on less expensive hitches like
Draw-Tite and they advise you to LOOSEN the friction sway control on wet
roads.
The Reese dual-cam anti-sway control and levelers don't need any additional
anti-sway controls as the "cams" sit tight and keep the rig straight.
If the roads are slippery and you loose traction, all bets are off and that
goes for the Hensley hitch owners as well. Friction is your friend when
driving as much as altitude is your friend if you are a pilot -- can't do
without either one of them.
