Jim,
I was wondering if you had repaired the problem on your coach.  You 
spoke of both inside and out side problems.
Dr Gerald is right, they  are not related.  This is just two seperate 
problems.
I would expect there is a bad fuse to cause the inside problem.  there 
is just to much not working for it to be  a random event.
