Re: [VACList] Campgrounds/update

Lynn,

You will need something to level the trailer side to side. Most people do
what you did and just pull up on a board. It is also a good idea to have a
set of wheel chocks. To "stabilize" the trailer while parked most get jack
stands. They are available at just about any RV place, some campgrounds
stores carry them as well.

You will need a white drinking water hose, and a pressure regulator as
sometimes water pressure is too high. You will need a sewer hose with
attachments to connect to your trailer and one to screw into the
campground's sewer system (available the same places as the jack stands,
maybe even Wal-Mart!) Most campgrounds have electrical outlets to
accommodate 20, 30 and 50 amp plugs. Though you may need to get an adapter
for some places. No problem with your EZ up, and picnic tables are the norm.
Campfires are OK as long as permitted by law (some places have fire bans
this time of year).

Enjoy!
