Earl,

I believe that those windows were used from 1961-1965. I believe that they
were Halmark 12's by Hehr. My '60 has windows very similiar, but with a
heavier frame. Assuming that you need the frame, you are looking at either
one from a "bone yard" ,fabricating one, or using a modern window. If you
still have the old frame, but it is broken, your best bet would be to
rebuild it.
